About Del Norte PTO...
​The Del Norte Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a volunteer group made up of parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, and community members who are committed to supporting the students and staff of Del Norte Elementary and Junior/Senior High School in Del Norte, Colorado.

We believe that a strong school community is built through collaboration, positivity, and shared goals. Our mission is to enhance the educational experience for all students by organizing events, providing resources, and encouraging active involvement from families and community members.​
Who Can Join?​

Everyone! Whether you're a parent, grandparent, caregiver, teacher, staff member, or simply a community supporter—you are welcome here. No dues, no prerequisites—just a shared desire to make a positive impact.

What We Do
​
Our PTO is active year-round, helping with a variety of events and initiatives, including:

🎉 Holiday Parties – We organize classroom celebrations at Del Norte Elementary, complete with food, crafts, and fun activities.

💰 Fundraisers – We raise money to support school needs and enrichment programs.

🚌 Field Trip Support – We help coordinate and provide chaperones to ensure safe and fun learning experiences outside the classroom.

🙋 Volunteer Opportunities – We connect families and community members with ways to give back and get involved, no matter how much time they have to offer.
