Sign-up below to act as chaperone for your classes field trips. A ew details to keep in mind:
ALL chaperones must have attended the Volunteer Training with Mrs. Duda, fall training will be offered on September 30th, RSVP here.
ALL chaperones must have a completed background check on file with the district. Contact Sophia Cruz at 657-4050, ext 4000, to schedule your background check.
Chaperone spots are limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis.
Please be sure to only sign-up for the class that your student is in.
